VuaGao factory meets GMP standard:

Manufacturing plants that meet GMP standard will be granted a certificate of good manufacturing practice (GMP) according to the Government's regulations. GMP standard is one of the mandatory standards applied to manufacturing fields. In particular, industries directly related to health require high food hygiene and safety conditions such as cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, food, and medical equipment.

GMP standard in production are managed in all aspects:

  • Requirements for people: Develop standards of working positions suitable to the qualifications, capacity as well as regulations on health checks (physical, mental, and illness) of all people. Especially for direct production workers.
  • Requirements on design, construction, and installation of plant and processing equipment: must ensure the regulations on the location of the factory, the design, the type of materials for the construction of the factory, and the appropriate equipment.
  • Requirements for factory hygiene control: develop regulations on the treatment of water used in the production process, control harmful organisms, and ensure hygiene.
  • Requirements during processing: Processing methods meet standards in terms of raw materials, procedures, and methods of inspection and supervision.

VuaGao factory meets 5S international standard:

5S standard is a method of managing the production process and arranging the workplace. The 5S process goes through 5 steps: Sort ⇒ Set in Order ⇒ Shine ⇒ Standardize ⇒ Sustain. This standard is to increase productivity and eliminate and minimize waste in the production process.

VuaGao's products get HACCP and BRC certifications:

ISO 22000: a food safety management system issued by the international organization for standardization (ISO).

HACCP: Hazard analysis and critical control points index  This index focuses on the critical points of the production process to reduce and control food safety and hygiene risks.

BRC:  The Global Food Standards issued by the UK and IFS (initiated from Germany and France). BRC is one of the standards developed by European retail groups. This standard is mostly also subject to strict requirements such as HACCP and GMP.
